1 UTAMA SHOPPING CENTRE
1 Utama, the largest shopping centre in Malaysia and the world’s 7th largest shopping centre. We support 1 Utama’s loyalty program, ONECARD by providing EMV terminals and NCC with technical consultancy to ensure the efficiency of the terminals for participating retailers.
Another separate program developed together with 1 Utama, Rcubed program, a redemption program where bank credit cardholders can now redeem their points instantly, for anything they wish to buy at 1 Utama. We have been supporting this for almost 10 years by providing terminals and work closely with 1 Utama on back end and technical support.
SUNWAY GROUP
We are currently supporting Sunway Group’s loyalty program, Sunway Pals.
They invited us to be part of their team as a program developer and consultant to help revamp their existing loyalty management system. We fulfilled the Sunway Group’s key strategic intent to create a better loyalty management system. Through this development, they achieved their vision of an efficient and value creating synergy between all customer segments & business units such as malls, theme parks, hotels, medical, education, property & more by using one member card system for different services.
The system and outstanding work was recognized as the Sunway Pals Loyalty Program was one of the winners of The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2017 for Best Use of Consumer Insights/Data Analytics in Singapore.
MOBILE LOYALTY APP
PointzMatter allows participating merchant’s members to collect and redeem loyalty points through the app.
We act as an end-to-end solution provider. We are not only the app provider but also providing the back end and technical support to every client. Our loyalty management system will generate relevant analytics reports for every client and they are able to monitor the performance.
