IRIS KRR230e offers mobile users a secure device for instant data retrieval from MyKad and MyKid. Rechargeable batteries, lightweight and easily programmable, the KRR230e offers a low cost solution for deployment of reader infrastructure for card programs.

- Capable of reading all text information from MyKad / MyKid such as owner’s identification (JPN), driving license (JPJ), passport (JIM) and e-Cash balance (MEPS).
- Easy-to-view LCD screen – 2 lines by 30 characters with icons.
- User friendly and easy to use with automatic and manual text scrolling.
- Power saving as device is turned on when the card is inserted and remains idle when the card is removed.
- Users will be kept informed of the battery level as there will be an indicator to show the status of batteries at all times.
