CardSys’s Loyalty Management System acts as a loyalty engine for a Loyalty Program. Most companies run a Loyalty Program for a purpose of retaining and rewarding loyal customers. This is also part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and can further be used for market segmentation and personalized customer approach. Our program can be used to keep track of customer registrations, spending as well as any points given to loyal customers. Its database management system can provides mailing list and store customer profiles which can be used for marketing purposes.

Membership Management
This module enables user to add customer, activate/deactivate or freeze certain customer, terminate customer and renew customer.
Points Update / Tracking
This module is to reward points to member whenever they make purchases. Management can track every single transaction made by customers as well
Gift Redemption
Program manager would needs to define the redemption criteria and items. Gifts would be sent to eligible customer upon redemption request
Reporting
A valuable module to generate management information to monitor the performance of the loyalty program. Up-to-date reports can help manager to make timely and accurate decision.
